AI Patient Check-In Agent with BoldSign MCP

This demo shows how an AI agent can guide a patient through pre-visit check-in using the BoldSign MCP server. Chat with the check-in agent, share a few general details, and receive an intake and consent form for signature directly within the chat.

The agent collects a few general details, prepares the intake and consent form from a template, sends it for signature using BoldSign, checks the signing status, and helps download the completed document once it is signed.

How It Works

The AI patient check-in agent collects a few general details through chat and uses the BoldSign MCP server to send the intake and consent form for signature, check the signing status, and download the completed document.
