This demo shows how an HR team member can send new hire paperwork by chat and track signatures across a whole cohort, using the BoldSign MCP server. Try it as an HR coordinator would: name a new hire and a document, and see it sent, tracked, and reported on, all in the conversation.

How It Works

The HR onboarding assistant collects the new hire's details through chat and uses the BoldSign MCP server to send the onboarding document for signature, check status across multiple new hires, and send reminders.

This demo uses BoldAgent to power the chat experience. Developers can refer to the BoldSign MCP Server Documentation to build similar AI agent workflows with BoldSign.
