The agent collects the claimant's details, prepares the claim agreement from a template, sends it for signature using BoldSign, checks the signing status, and helps download the completed document once it is signed.
Note: This demo uses a single signer to keep the experience simple. In a real insurance workflow, BoldSign supports multi-signer agreements — for example, a claimant and an adjuster can all sign the same document in sequence.
