Send Contracts by Chat with BoldSign MCP

This demo shows how a legal ops team member can send a pre-approved NDA by chat and track signatures across every counterparty, using the BoldSign MCP server. Try it as a legal ops professional would: name a counterparty and a document, and see it sent, tracked, and reported on, all in the conversation.

The assistant confirms the counterparty and document, sends it from an approved BoldSign template, and can report signing status for one counterparty or all outstanding NDAs at once, including sending reminders to anyone still pending.
Demo only: Try this one as a legal ops team member would. Use a fictional counterparty and company rather than real deal information. This assistant only sends pre-approved documents; it never drafts, negotiates, or modifies contract terms. No real agreement is created, and this signature is not legally binding.
How It Works

The legal ops assistant collects the counterparty's details through chat and uses the BoldSign MCP server to send the NDA for signature, check status across multiple counterparties, and send reminders.
