Sign Your Lease by Chat: Guided by AI and Signed with BoldSign

This demo shows how an AI assistant can guide a tenant, step by step, through signing a lease using the BoldSign MCP server. Chat with the assistant, share the property and a few contact details, and receive a lease agreement for signature directly within the chat.

The assistant confirms the property and move-in date, collects a few contact details, prepares the lease from a template, sends it for signature using BoldSign, checks the signing status, and helps download the completed document once it is signed.
Demo only: This is a sample lease signing flow to preview how AI and BoldSign work together. Please don't enter a real Social Security Number, government ID, bank account details, or other sensitive information. No real lease is created, no payment is collected, and the signature is not legally binding.
How It Works

The AI lease signing assistant collects the property, move-in date, and a few contact details through chat and uses the BoldSign MCP server to send the lease agreement for signature, check the signing status, and download the completed document.
